As a visual artist, musician, and aspiring entrepreneur, he opened art galleries in Scottsdale, Arizona and Ann Arbor, Michigan after graduation, eventually combining his passions for art and music by starting a business building handcrafted guitars and speakers. While the guitars never took off, the speakers did, and he's seen Leon grow from a one-man-shop in a garage to a multi-million dollar business with over 50 employees who create a full palette of audio products that can be found in homes and businesses all over the world. Noah is a firm believer that art and music shape our culture and that a business is like a sculpture: a never-ending work in progress. Shanna HaeckerDesigner, Triphase TechnologiesBorn and raised in a small town this child at heart forever, is no stranger to hard work and determination. At age 13, Shanna had her first job de-tasseling and owned her own business called “SHANZ Jewelry, Gifts, and Novelties.” Graduating Tipton High School in 1994; her love and passion for the arts took her to Vincennes University where she studied, performance studies and secured lead roles in three major productions, The Bells are Ringing, The Learned Ladies, and A Chorus Line. Shanna’s new-found confidence led her to Ball State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication; minored in performance studies and was certain to take the stage as a motivational speaker, and own a children’s theater that she had written a business plan for; called Rainbow Tribe Petite Productions. Love struck in 1997 Robert convinced Shanna that moving somewhere warm and tropical to follow her dreams was not the right call; because he had an IDEA!!!... So; convinced to stay or dumb and in-love; Shanna and Robert decided to combine their resources to execute the award winning business plan that Robert had written while under the direction of Dr. Kuratko in 1996 at BSU. Today, the stage Shanna is playing on is that of owning three businesses alongside her husband; Triphase Technologies, Triphase Custom Security, and Universal Design Group. The majority of her motivational speaking takes place with her 15 year old son; and the 50 employees that continue to teach her about life, love, personal and professional development every day!! 14 years strong, she has implemented interior design into the line- up of offerings for their over 5000 plus customers, and is thankful to God for the gift of getting up every day and loving what she does. Similarly, Alexa Centeno graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s in finance and a Master’s in taxation. After working in accounting for a short time she made the leap to work with Angel, helping him with client proposals, quoting, and marketing efforts for SDI. Today, SDI has grown to a team of 10 individuals. The company prides itself on bringing clients not just audio options, but the best audio & technology solutions. They aim to carry the best products that bring a superior experience and exceptional design to a space. Rocky SettecasiSystem Designer, Triphase Technologies A 20-year veteran of the AV industry, Rocky Settecasi started at Circuit City in 2000 and joined TRI Phase in 2007 as an install technician before moving into Sales and System Design. Now certified by Lutron, McIntosh, Stewart Filmscreen and other industry brands, Rocky works closely with the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) and Building Partners of Central Indiana (BPCI). Passionate about audio and home technology in general, Rocky is avid motorsports and luxury sports car fan.
